The Barn at White Oaks is proud to announce the addition of our new event space on property. The 1500 square foot building includeS a beautiful brick fireplace, large bar area, bathrooms and two glass garage doors. This new space IS ideal for smaller events including rehearsal dinners, post ceremony cocktail hour, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, Christmas parties and more.

VENUE RENTAL RATE
All deliveries, set-up, décor and item removal must be within the rental timeframe, as not to interfere with other events. This price includes use of facilities, tables & folding chairs.
Clients are responsible for removing trash to the on-site dumpster and removing all
non-venue items prior to leaving.
SINGLE DAY RENTAL
$300 - 4 Hours
$50 - Each additional hour
*Choose between a $50 cleaning fee or option to self-clean
A $100 damage deposit is required 14 days prior to the scheduled venue rental date. If there are no damages, this will be refunded to you within 7 days after your event.
To ensure it does not interfere with weddings at The Barn at White Oaks, this space will not be reserved for single day events until 4 months prior to the date.
