Basic Rental Pricing
All deliveries, set-up, décor and item removal must be within the rental timeframe, as not to interfere with other events. This price includes use of facilities, tables & folding chairs. Indoor tables & chairs will be set-up prior to arrival. Rental also includes trash removal & on-site manager throughout event. Clients are responsible for making sure all trash is placed in the trash cans and removing all non-venue items prior to leaving.

Book a 2-Day rental and have plenty of time to set-up, decorate, rehearse! Set-up day is from 9am-9pm.
Friday + Saturday Package
Add Friday to your Saturday rental for only $1,000.

What's included in your rental?
PROPERTY
• 6,000 sq ft venue with 35ft ceilings and the ability to accommodate 250 guests
• Temperature controlled facility to accommodate year-round weddings and events (even in those summer heat waves and snowy winter weddings, your guests are comfortable)
• Handicap accessible, including restrooms and inside facilities
• Parking for 100+ cars, plus overflow areas
• Complimentary use of our property for engagement photos (if scheduled ahead of time)
• Ability to use vendors of your choice, no requirements or restrictions (includes catering)
INSIDE
• Tables & Chairs including 200 premium wood crossback chairs, 400 brown folding chairs with ivory pad, 10 large wood tables and a variety of round and rectangle folding tables
• Use of wood arches (hexagon or traditional style)
• Prep room for caterers & service area for vendors
GETTING READY SUITES
• Bridal Suite with salon-style mirrors, chairs for makeup & hair, kitchenette for breakfast and lunch, private bathroom with shower
• Silo converted grooms quarters with DISH-TV, heating/air, electricity, mini fridge and lounge seating
CEREMONY
Variety of ceremony sites including under the oaks, our outdoor pond, large field space, back patio and inside the big barn
RECEPTION
• Back patio and grassy courtyard with string lights to host cocktail hour, outdoor receptions, dancing and more
• On-site attendant during your event to take care of trash and pick-up tables and chairs
