So, what can you expect from a wedding at Barn at White Oaks? We host events year-round, so whether you’re dreaming of spring, summer, fall or winter weddings, we want you to begin your journey with peace of mind, ease and excitement! 

The first thing to know is that we have a variety of packages to choose from:

Whether you have 10 guests or 250 we likely have something to fit your needs. Aside from our micro wedding package, all packages include 100 guests, but you can add-on extra guests for a per person price, truly tailoring the day to your guest count.  Let’s break down the differences. 

DIY Wedding Package

Love the idea of DIYing your decor, but not interested in securing tables, chairs, linens, etc? This package is a great option! Your two day rental includes: 

• Farmhouse Tables & Wooden Cross-back Chairs

• Tablecloths

• Cloth Napkins, Chargers & Acrylic Place Settings

• Assorted Centerpieces

• Silk Floral Package

In addition, the DIY package includes a Catered Buffet (3 Menus to choose from including meal + drinks) and three Tier Wedding Cake, as well as a 10% discount for additional rental items from our friends at Cari & Co.

Classic Wedding Package

The ultimate stress-free solution, our Classic Wedding Package is for the couple that wants the heavy lifting handled for them!  This option streamlines the number of vendor decisions you need to make, as the food, cake, decor, table settings, DJ, month-of coordination, set-up and clean-up are all included. Your two-day rental includes: 

• Farmhouse Tables & Wooden Cross-back Chairs

• Tablecloths, Cloth Napkins, Chargers & Acrylic Place Settings

• Assorted Centerpieces Options

• Exclusive Planning Packet

• Wedding Day Coordination

In addition, the DIY package includes a Catered Buffet (3 Menus to choose from including meal + drinks) and three Tier Wedding Cake, DJ for your ceremony + reception, table bussing/set-up + clean-up. 

As well as a 10% discount for additional rental items from our friends at Cari & Co.

This is one of our most popular packages and packs in a ton of value!  If that sounds good, but you’d like to elevate your design/decor and bring in more help from a wedding planner, the next package is a great choice!  

Premium Wedding Package

The Premium Wedding Package includes everything from the above classic, as well as clubhouse building for one day, partial wedding planning (10-12 months prior to your wedding), three additional rental items, upgraded plates, flatware & goblet glasses, a fun send-off (choose sparklers, bubbles or foam sticks).

You have enough decisions to make as it is - this package reduced SO much stress and you can still have an absolutely beautiful day. 

However, if you’re looking for something even more robust and inclusive, this next package has your name on it. 

Everything but the Dress Wedding Package

If you’re a fan of “all inclusive,” look no further because this package has it all and the wedding cake. If you want ALL the details handled and an amazing team bringing your day to life, this one is for you.  Included with this two day property rental package is: 

• Farmhouse Tables & Wooden cross-back chairs

• Full Wedding Planning provided through Cari & Co.

• Unlimited selection of rentals from Cari & Co, fully customized to your wedding design and event needs. Including, but not limited to, linens, napkins, place settings, centerpieces, table runners, lounges, signage, backdrops and more.

• Large Fresh Floral Package provided by Ruffled Willow

• China Plates, Flatware and Glasses

• Catered Buffet (3 Menus to choose from including meal + drinks)

• Appetizers Served before Dinner

• 3 Tier Wedding Cake + additional dessert option

• DJ (Ceremony & 5-Hour Reception)

• Photography Package provided by an assortment of photographers

• Set-up, Clean-up & Table Bussing

• Send-off experience

• Rehearsal Dinner (Set-up, decor, catering & clean-up provided)

You can really make this a weekend event! Retreat to The Barn at White Oaks for your celebration and feel like a guest at your own event (because you are!). 

If you’re opting for a smaller celebration, or you’re a bit more budget considerate, let’s walk through the two options that are working well for couples right now. 

Micro Wedding Package 

Suitable for up to 48 guests, this Sunday - Thursday option is ideal for an intimate celebration that’s also stress-free!  We’ll handle food, cake, decor, table settings, DJ, month-of coordination, set-up and clean-up. 

You’ll have the clubhouse for one day, as well as:  

• Tablecloths, Cloth Napkins, Chargers & Acrylic Place Settings

• Assorted Centerpieces Options and Florals

• Catered Buffet (Menu to choose from including meal + drinks)

• 2 Tier Wedding Cake

• DJ (Ceremony & Reception)

We also have upgrades for wedding coordination premium rental items, fresh florals and more to tailor the day to your vision. 

Lastly, we have a special rate & package for Thursdays and Sundays. These “shoulder” days are on the rise because there is more vendor availability and price flexibility.  

Thursday/Sunday Special Package

We’ve created a bit of a hybrid option from our micro-wedding and classic-wedding for this special package. In addition to your one day rental (not including clubhouse building), the item included are: 

• Farmhouse Tables & Wooden Cross-back Chairs

• Tablecloths, Cloth Napkins, Chargers & Acrylic Place Settings

• Assorted Centerpieces Options

• Silk Florals

• Catered Buffet (3 Menus to choose from including meal + drinks)

• 3 Tier Wedding Cake

• DJ (Ceremony & 4-Hour Reception)

• Send-off package

We’ve given you quite a few options to choose from, but if you're still not sure which is right for you, we’d love to chat! 

One thing to note is that you’ll still need to source your attire, hair + makeup, and invitations with any of these packages. And if you’re serving alcohol, that is an additional service you’ll need to hire for. Of course, we’re here with recommendations when you’re ready to make those decisions. 

And yes, you can upgrade from DIY to classic, premium or beyond if your situation changes. We’re thrilled to have you celebrate with us, regardless of which one you choose!
